Equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen interface, the megaspin 920 allows operators to work quickly and confidently. The automatic gauge measures distance and diameter, while the Auto Sense system detects wheel width, enabling fast and precise acquisition of all wheel parameters. The machine also automatically recognizes whether the rim is steel or alloy, further streamlining the process.

During the correction phase, the integrated laser pointer clearly indicates the exact position for adhesive weight placement inside the rim. Combined with the electric brake and LED working light, this ensures maximum positioning accuracy and reduces the risk of errors.

The Automatic Approach system brings the wheel close to the correction point at the end of the measuring spin, simplifying weight application and improving overall productivity.

The megaspin 920 is equipped with a manual locking system.

Optional features such as AVS Sonar allow advanced run-out and eccentricity analysis with up to 0.1 mm accuracy, ensuring enhanced diagnostic capability and superior balancing performance.
